Product Instruction:

ZT5540 is an excellent extreme pressure and antiwear agent, it has high sulfur content,  excellent extreme

pressure performance, good solubility in oil, suitable for black metal cutting and forming under harsh

conditions, such as carbon steel cast iron and stainless steel, it can be used for all kinds of metal

working oil, gear oil, grease. Especially recommended turning, drilling, grinding, tapping and other

processing technology, it can be used alone. It can also be used with other extreme pressure anti-wear

agents (sulfide fat, chlorinated paraffin, synthetic ester) at the same time to achieve the best results, and

can not be used for copper and aluminum nonferrous metal working.

Packing and Disposal

1. Pls packin 200L metal drums or ton drums and store in a dry, clean, ventilated warehouse.           

2. Suggestion: The maximum storage temperature should not exceed 65℃, and the long-term storage

should not exceed 45℃ .
